Howsen Luo

Howsen Luo, an MBA from Northern Virginia University and EMBA from the University of Sydney, founded Shanghai Achieve-Tech in 2007. Before he established Achieve-Tech, Howsen had worked for International Paper as Asia Sales Director and the world largest printing company R.R.Donnelly as China manager of global Key Account division. Howsen had also served as a sales manager at Beijing Qomolangma Electronics Co., LTD. (www.8848.com), an early e-commerce company in China.
